Step3: After that close all the other programs currently running because of which Outlook is not opening.
Step4: Start looking for the Processer named OUTLOOK.EXE.
Step5: Once you find the name click on it.
Step6: Scroll down to the bottom and click on the End Process button on the right-hand side of the Task Manager.
You have to repeat Steps 3 to 6 as it is to close all the previous running programs in the background which are not letting the Outlook open.
Step7: A warning box will appear on your screen it is normal to press the Yes button.
